Products to be developped within the fire_cci project:

Products

• Time series 1995-2010 for 10 study sites covering an area of 250.000 km².
• Global burned area products for 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2005

Data standards

• Data standards will be defined in accordance with user requirements to be gathered in a user requirements questionnaire. (Take part)

Metadata

• A set of Metadata will provided with the data products in accordance with the user requirements and product specifications.

Errors

• A report detailing error-characteristics of each of the processing steps will be provided with the data. 

Licensing

• Licensing conditions will follow the principles of openness and transparency as far as possible.
